The goal is to bring a new, fresh point of view and shed light on the inner workings of the banking industry in a way that hasn't been done before.  Some topics will be well researched, others anecdotal.  I want to spark a conversation, so Open Banker content will deliberately be short, sharp and shiny, providing an opportunity for you to add your ideas, questions, and observations to the discussion.

In fact, as this evolves, I plan to involve colleagues, clients and other thought leaders, to widen the perspective and dig a bit deeper.  I'm a business guy, not a technologist, so my tendency will be to gravitate towards Strategy, Customer, Staff and Business Outcomes.  But the pace of change means Technology is never far away, so if that's where your interest lies, I'm sure there will be plenty of content to keep you happy.
